Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are not eligible for return
- If we made a mistake, we'll make it right. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
- Draht Company is not responsible for packages lost in transit
How to Return or Exchange
- Download and print the return form below
- Fill it out completely — include your order number and reason for return
- Pack the item(s) securely and include the completed form inside the box
- Cut out the return address label at the bottom of the form and tape it to the outside of the box
