Refund policy

Returns are granted within 30 days of the original purchase date if you are not satisfied with your order. We will refund the purchase price upon the receipt of the return shipment. All items must be in their original condition of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs for international orders (Canada and Europe) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as DRAHT COMPANY is not responsible for lost return packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
We will be happy to help you exchange. Exchanges can be made for a different size, Color or pattern of the purchased item. If an exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
